Shipping Information

• Delivery Times: We offer fast, tracked shipping to the USA and Canada. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7-12 business days.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. If your pet doesn't settle into their new bed or furniture, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

• For hygiene reasons, items must be free of excessive pet hair, odors, or stains.

• Original packaging should be included where possible.
